OMG BIG PROBLEM. The place that is going to install the Retrofit told me the Labor would be free if something is ever wrong with the kit or something happens, which is awesome. As for Labor costs to install the kit itself? OMG. The kit plus labor for most cars he said would be around $800-$1000 depending on the Halo's and also painting.
WTF? No way I can afford that much to just put Projectors into my headlight. I might as well go back to my original idea and get Projector headlights :-( I'm so upset because from just maybe $300 for the kit and thinking a little labor, it goes to $800-$1000 labor.
Is this a normal price for everyone else???

Damn that's a lot of money!!
I did mine myself but it didn't take $800 worth of labor to do it. I would say 4-6 hours if its your first time. How much an hour do they charge?
It's really not difficult, only time consuming. You could DIY it.

He said about 6-8 hours with a $95 an hour or so. I'm going to see if I can get a better deal somewhere else before I jump into something. Going to get my custom cat-back exhaust system Wednesday, can't wait.

Chill out man. A retrofit isn't too bad if you just take your time. Do some searches and read up on it. This is something you can tackle yourself especially if you don't include the halos. If you have any questions there are a couple people here that will help and you can PM me with any problems you run into. Plus this is why I suggested going with TRS. Their support is amazing in walking you through it. You have plenty of sources for help if you run into any problems along the way.

I'd email Terrance from SAT. I'm sure he could give you some good advice on doing them yourself. Its not that hard, since these are pretty much plug and play. Its not like your are fabbing up mounting hardware and such for retroing projectors from other cars. You just have open up your headlights, and some minimal trimming of the shroud may be required. But the Civic headlights are pretty big, so you might not even need to trim.

No. No cutting with the Morimoto minis. Order the kit from TRS, then when you have a nice half day with nothing to do you can go at it without having to wait for parts. I have the exact setup minus the halos that I linked you to so everything should work the same.
