Avoiding accidental hi/low flash (HIDs).....

Is it possible to get my headlights to not go on when pushing "flash to pass" on the signal arm? I know for HIDs it's bad to light them quickly on and off. I want to avoid this from happening by accident by making sure they don't come on by that switch.

you need 2 relays and set up a holding circuit that will prevent them from switching. you have a retro or pnp?

Believe it or not, I went to the dealer and flash the S2000. Both HID and high beam came on.....

most cars that have HID's stock do that. especially if all they have is a bi-xenon as the only headlight, there's no way around it. that's why i'm not worried about it with my retro. of course, i'm using OEM parts and not PNP junk.
