For a while I liked aftermarket tail lights then I relized it was just cause I wanted my car to look custom (not saying that yours isnt). But I think the stock tail lights look the best. But those are nicer then most aftermarket ive seen.

put a light shade of tint on the stock ones or those...i think thats what looks the best

i say you open them up and paint them, like the last link. You can also use a heat gun or hairdryer instead of the oven....i know i wouldnt put mine in the oven lol

Why not? Have you had problems with it?

Shouldn't an 01 coupe switch out with an 04 and a 01 sedan switch with an 04? Would the various models make a difference?

isn't rennen still selling JDM sedan tails?? those look good. or, stick with the stock 04-05. i'm afraid to smoke my tails 'cause i don't feel like getting rear ended. it seems like they wouldn't be as bright.

I've decided to not go with smoked lights. Instead, I think I'll just go with painting the insides of the tail lights.

Not to sound rice, but my car is charcoal grey. Has anyone ever seen someone paint the insides of their tails a different color, other than black or grey? Would it/did it look stupid? For instance, if I went with a dark gold or something like that, would it be too much?
