If you have an 01-03 why not just do it yourself? I have an 01 and I cleared mine, I just didn't black em out.

hids + stock headlights = no no (unless your planning on doing a retrofit)

I have projector lights on my car. If I do hid conversion on my projector lights won't the scatter shots blind oncoming traffic which result in a ticket? Well which headlights are best for hid conversion?

the projectors would be better, than the OEM, but retrofit is gunna be your best bet.
