headlight fogging? but how?

my retrofit headlight right side is starting to fog badly. i am not sure how this is possible, they never fogged once in 2 weeks even after rain, carwash, and humid days. now on a clear day for no reason one of them looks like there is a cloud inside. the entire lens is covered. im shocked, now i gotta take them all off again which is a huge pain. everything is sealed with silicone so i cant understand how this happened.

oh and get this one of my oem sidemarkers is also fogging, actually there are drops of water inside. i dont get it. the housing is completely sealed, and the socket has a rubber ring. its on tight. where does water get in from? i even opened it up and dried all the water out, then it came right back! i guess this is unavoidable living in stupid humid climate? i bet it would never happen in nevada.

if moisture gets in while your sealing those than they can fog up ...usually when its cold it wont but when it gets hot the water basically steams and fogs on ur lense
