Headlight broken, Should I use OEM or Aftermarket parts?

I have a 2003 ex civic coupe with a broken headlight. I cant decide on weather to get honda genuine parts or aftermarket OEM. On Autodynamic there selling the same headlight for 114.00 while hondas E-store is selling the headlight for 237.00. Is there really a difference between the two or should i just go with the cheaper one?

First off, here's a link to genuine Honda headlights for 167 each

I would say just get a pair of nice looking aftermarket ones. Cheaper then buying just one OEM headlight
