?? Strobe Light Kit ??

I want to buy some strobe lights for my car but there are so many too choose from and I dont know nothing about them except that I want some good one that light up real bright... Maybe you guys can help me out on which name brands are good, thanks.

i had streetglow and it sucked. i'm looking for some to fit in the parking light, i guess ebay is the best place, maybe search for police strobes, they will be the brightest.
