01 civic tail light question

Hey, i have a question. i own a 01 civic lx with the sanded down looking tail lights, i want to swap the 2003-2005, the clear tail lights to my car. i was wondering if those will fit? also, do i have to change the whole tail light or just the cover? and if anyone know where i can get one for cheap please let me know, i really appreciate the help guys. THanks alot
