Luminics, MTEC, piaa? ahhhh

as soon as it stops raining in CA during summer season, i want to find a nice set of fancy bulbs within the 5000k kelvin temp range. i asked couple locals and searched a little on what brand is considered popular and last longer than others. however, i gotten mixed reviews so im kinda stumped here. have tried piaa (lasted 1.5 years), slyvannia silverstars (lasted 1 year), and now wanting to try different brands. im looking to get 2 years+ out of these bulbs.

so i checked up on Luminics and mtec...cheap and easily affordable for replacements. what are your thoughts on these 2 brands as of halogen h4 bulbs?

2+ yrs? haha. not with anything you posted. the only bulb i got two years out of was the cool blue by sylvania. And if you want longer lasting, go find some osram version.

82801BA is an unknown quantity at this point
I would think about Philips Diamond Vision....not DOT approved anyway (same as Osram bulb)...Used before and it was white....BTW only Philips and Osram (better then Sylvania, the Osram of U.S.) really makes quality bulbs

cool blue is 3800k white, silverstar is 4k. but dont expect the silverstar to last more than a few months. even sylvania says their top life is only 1 year.

I've had good experiences with Nokya bulbs. They've been in my car for about a year now and they still run fine....they've even been in a front end collision and they still work!!
