Stock bulbs and harness????????

ok guys, before you start, yes i did try using the search button. I couldnt quite find the answer i was looking for. So, heres my question. I want to change my stock tails for some tails i saw on ebay. its for an 04 sedan. you have probably seen them. There the ones with the black housing. What does it mean when it says to use "stock bulbs and harness"? And also, would it be worth it to get these or stay with stock. ( i just hate the red tails cause my civi is black).

It means you use the same light bulbs and wiring harness. All you gotta do is take the bulbs out of the old housing and put it in the new one. That's wut they meant. As for my advice, save your money, stay stock. Got a link to those lights?
