Melting headlight harness!!

I have Nokya yellow bulbs on for about 2 months now. Then 2 days ago when i got outta my car i smelled something buring and i opened the hood and the left headlight harness was smoking and melting. The right one was fine but it was starting to melt. So I just bought 2 Nokya heavy duty wire harness and got rid of the Nokya Yelllow bulbs and put stock ones back on. I know that there is a TSB on some 7thgens but mines wasnt one of em cuz I went to the dealers and they checked my vin#. Has this ever happened to anyone?? I know only 2 ppl.......

Maybe your Nokyas are 100W draw instead of 55W?

Its weird cuz it says 55/60 on the bulb itself but 70/80 on the box!! I have the upgraded harness on there and hopefully this will work. So far it looks good but then again it took about 2 months for my stock ones to totally melt out so we'll see what happens. I just installed these heavd duty Nokya Harnesses about a week ago...........
