What about these HIDs

I found this on ebay tonight, and was wondering if any of you guys think these would be okay, or even any help. I know its just the bulbs, and will they fit any ballast? I was thinking about the D2S with casper shields. I am also considering getting the kit from Xeinith instead, but was wondering if this looks good? Let me know.

for that much you can just order OEM phillips D2S bulbs...i rather get a kit from HIDplanet.com with all oem equipment and get caspershields...too bad i dont have an h4 so i cant use the caspershields
