LEDs

i got these amber turn signals, and gearboxhead was right, they aint bright, any way i can make them brighter

like break the plastic in the cluster DIY , or more voltage??

LED ones theres like 9 LEDS on the whole thing, but it isnt bright enough

pinoyjdmr is an unknown quantity at this point
well in the LED light in the casing theres a resistor in there that makes the LED light last longer thats why it aint so bright if you bump up the resistor then the lifre on the light will cut short ......

no way i can get to that resistor,

so no one is agreeing with me to break the plastic on the LED

I doubt that breaking the LED's plastic will make things brighter. Usually when you break things, it makes them not work...

^^^Agreed^^^why not get some bulbs off ebay or some obscure website....why do you want amber anyway? you could go hyperwhite...

legality perhaps?

LED plug and play bulbs won't ever be as bright as the normal incandescant stock ones. at least that's what i've seen from my experience.

front is white/amber. rear is red/amber with white coming only from the reverse lights. or at least that's what it is in va...
