03+ gauge cluster mods

Well I have the coupe cluster with red rings and white leds. But there were a few things that bothered me. First its an auto, and that green light in front of the D really looked stupid with the red and white. So I took a hole punch and made a round dot out of electrical tape and put it over the dot for D so it doesn't light up anymore.

Wait it gets better. Next thing I hated was the green cruise control text that comes on when using the cruise. So I carefully pulled off the bezel and bent back the top corner of the gauge face, and put a few layers of electrical tape in front of the light. And now no more cruise light. Then I went and took out the bulbs for the cruise and fog light switch that comes on when you press the button.

Maybe I'm crazy?
