Philips Blue Vision
I would like to know somethings about this bulb. The questions has not been asked or anwsered in the Philips Blue Vision review, nor can i find previous posts on this.
First i would like to know if these bulbs are bright. Brightness compared to Silverstars. Also if they are a white light, and if the ones from powerbulbs.com are e-code cert.
