TYC retrofit question

I am planning to retro low beam valeo projectors into TYC's soon. Since the TYC have h1 high beams, will they still be functional after the retro?

dirtySAMURAI is a splendid one to behold

you will have to make a wiring harness. once you do that, then yes, the high beams will still be functional.

dont need to make a harness...

just use the harness that the TYCs come with and sodder the low beam wires to the ballast wires

you of all people should realize the risk involved when you do something like that...

I'm probably going to make a wire harness...not a big fan of splicing together wires.

What do you mean by risks? He's taking a risk by doing his own retrofit...

nothing wrong with soddering wires together, Thats what I did with my first retrofit and nothing bad ever happened.

Now, I' am actually still using the TYC harness but just more wires and not connected straight to the battery
