I have a problem with my headlights the drivers side works fine the passengers side its kinda dim not bright at all. already change the bulb and nothing and when I turn on the lights at night (the high beam icon lights is on inside the car) and the high beam works fine on the drivers side but not on the passengers side at all anybody know whats wrong i need it get it fixed cuz inspection its coming up at the end of the month

Sounds like a poor ground connection, I would look at the affected sides ground first.
