retrofitting projectors?

I have heard about everyone retrofitting their projectors to get better light output. How much would all the parts needed to do this cost me, and how much for someone to do this for me?

I just bought all my parts soo I can tell u how much its costing me
Projectors Valeo H7 $115
Phillips D2S 5000k $82
Matsushitu Ballast and Ignitors $150
Wiring Harness $62
Total about $410 better than just getting an hid kit those are all the prices even with shipping.

sounds about right. retrofitting them into stock housings? or aftermarkets?

LoL ^^ everyone knows....they've been helping me a lot.

Thanks to both infinite012 and turtle, turtles even going to come down to help me test the crap out this weekend. What a great guy!!!

Yea I really can't wait to get these suckers in, the ballast were shipped today, and the wiring harness I still haven't ordered. They just went up on ebay for 49.99 bid and 54.99buy now from xenondepot. So hopefully no one bids and I get them. IF not i'll just go order them from their site.
