Blacking out/smoking taillights
Blacking out/smoking taillights
i have an 01 civic sedan, and i bought black altezza taillights. THEY LOOK SOOOOO TACKY and they cracked, so im putting the stock ones back on, but is there any way to smoke them so they look like black taillights? Or is there a taillight i can buy to replace them? thanks.
Don't do it if you live in cold weather area, mine just went through their first winter and between winter break and spring break (now), I assume the quick changes in temperature have caused the taillight tint to clump and begin cracking, this is after multiple fixes of the taillight tint paint job, the taillight tint cannot handle the cold and is fragile in the first place. I have spent countless hours messing with the taillights and I am now fed up with them, so I am now looking for those taillights that someone had a group buy on over the summer for sedan taillights that have the white strip along the bottom of the inner And Outer tails. Btw, I had tinted my taillights for the first time around the end of march last year, so it did last a year I guess....
