Help with fog in lights

Help with fog in lights

okay i just bought some blacked out headlights from a fren, he said he took them out because they got fogged up, what can i do to check where i need to reseal it because i dont wanna take it apart and i want to find out befor i put them on my car, should i just put them in water and see where the bubbles come from, i dont wanna do this because then ill just have water in the lense any bright ideas?

How about just caulking around the seams?

That helps but no matter what they will fog due to temperature and humidity. Headlights are not sealed where the bulb sockets are and moisture can get in. Fog is not a big deal cause usually it will go away when the weather warms up. My sidemarkers are completely sealed but somehow drops of water formed inside. Then they went away a few weeks later.

having a vacuum sealed headlight is worse than a headlight with holes.
