Ideas for clean amber turn signals

I'm talking about clear headlights and sidemarkers. I have amber leds and they're fine but very dim during the day. I've looked at pics of other bulbs that attempt to fix the amber bulb reflection, but none of them do a good job (silverstar, polarg visual). So here are some ideas, maybe you guys can make them better or suggest new ones.

1. LEDS-have them but very dim in daylight and the 7443 blink with parking light on is hard to tell any difference.

2. Amber bulb with metal/foil shield around front half. I've seen these in some cars and it does an okay job of reducing reflection. You can still see some from the sides, and with our housing the light output may go down.

3. Clear stock bulb in the parking/turn spot to act as a 7443 or 7440 parking light only. Then retrofit another 7440 in the small round parking light hole that only flashes with the signals. An amber bulb in the small round housing is much less noticable due to its size and reflector dynamics. NOTE: This would require the use of sidemarkers so people from the side know when you're turning (I have these anyways).

As for the sidemarkers, the jetta design with shield over the bulb works very well to eliminate reflection but still have a nice light.

Exactly. I want bright amber lighting up, but hidden during the day. Chrome bulbs are as dim as leds and don't even look amber when on. It's more orange color due to being so dim.

Is there a place that sells one big led the size of a bulb? Like those red ones they use for taillights?

Nice. I got some extra headlights I was gonna mess with. It looks like the previous ideas won't work. So back to leds I guess.
