lighting dimming problem on tyc's

I need some help I tried to finger this out but i cant I was re-aiming my headlights and all if sudden the driver side low beam goes dim but the right side low beam remains fully lit. But the two high beams are on also but are on low power(half way lit). I have projector lights. i though it was the projectors so I install the factor light and the same thing happen. The high beams being half way lit would be fine only if both of the low beams were fully lit. The projectors worked fine and where installed some months ago. Any help would be great.

well first things first I would check your ground connections at the headlights. sounds like one of them might be loose. Also if that isnt the problem, then you have some resistance in your wiring somewhere, but I would first check the ground connections.

if it was a blown fuse, then the headlights wouldnt work. So a blown fuse wouldnt be the problem.
