Hyper Blinker

Ok... well I attempted to make my own hyper blinker and seriously messed up my relay. I was wondering if anyone had one maybe just laying around or something?

Whoa, whats up with the "well?"? Is that your cyber-way of being impatient? That IS how it sounds. Were you expecting a quicker response? Forgive me if i'm wrong but aren't you asking for someone's help? Would you be so presumptuous to demand an immediate response, less than 10 minutes after you posted while seeking someone's help? Sorry to make such a big deal out of it but I'm a little floored at the ignorance. BTW, you've gone and posted in the wrong forum, you should have used the lighting child-forum of this one. Perhaps no one responded to you immediately because we are talking about non-lighting issues in here For that, I puke on you!

Why do such a ricey mod anyway? Just cuz your light blinks faster doesn't mean your car turns faster

It might be safer on the highway at faster speeds, right?

Also, when I got in an accident and my front headlight got smashed up, my rear signal light would flash really fast. That's an indication that something is wrong with the signal light somewhere, in this case, the front one was smashed. So if people see your hyper blinker from the back, they might think the front of your car is smashed up.

why didn't u just replace the back bulbs w/ LEDs? that'll make it blink faster and u'd have an LED signal in the back, u can get em for fronts to, but im not sure how fast it'd blink w/ both being LEDs, besides walmart had em for $12 or something.. really cheap, when i got mine they were $20 at autozone..

I heard that if you disconnect one blinker that too much power will be going to the other blinkers causing them to function faster.... So another way to install hyper blinkers may be to run a higher voltage wire to the blinker.
