Xtec H4 Hi/Lo Problem

One of my bulbs is stuck in highbeam mode....anyone got some suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I keep getting flashed, and one cop flicked his blues on as I drove past...

i think they might be able to help you out more than here...

but i'm not sure how the xtec hi/low system works...but if it pops the bulb forward more for highs, then retracts the bulb for lows...maybe the device that handles that is stuck...pull it out and see if you can push it back?

sorry, that's all i could think of...
