Why are all aftermarket fogs/ dirving lights 55 watts?

Why are all aftermarket fogs/ dirving lights 55 watts?
no matter what size or color ive seen they are all the same wattage. Dont they have some really bright ones? do they make universal bulbs that are brighter?

Why would you need higher wattage foglights than 55w?
You can always change bulbs but it's not necessary have that much light for foglight use.
Unless you want to go offroading.
PIAA makes 100w bulbs and foglights, i've seen it before.
