Tips on lights!!
I have a crappy pair of Cool Blue 9003's in my civic now and they're really not what i expected them to be. I want to know some good bulbs i can get that will give me a really bright whiteish-blue color. Please help me out cause i have NO clue what to get. 
My friend had some from Racing R Motorsports but those fried his wiring harness 
and i'm really not wanting to go through that!! Let me know!! Thanks!!
