Fog lamps-selection

I am looking at getting a pair of nice fog lamps. I saw a pair of cool ones which emit a bluish light- they look neat! They are priced at around $40. What are your opinions? I think they are the PILOT brand of fog lights.

Can you recommend any fog lights that are reliable & reasonably priced? Help will be appreciated!

I just put on my piaa 1400x today. They are great. Not sure how they would fit on the stock bumper because I have a xenon kit. They make a big difference and they are "the world's smallest fog lights on the market". In their case size does not matter.
