Sonar ... need help!

Hi, I got these headlights installed, its some company called Sonar (made in Taiwan). They look awesome, the reason why I got them. But after installation when I turned them on at night, I was really disappointed. The brightness really sucks

It also needs some serious adjustment that I am gonna get done today. The low beam is falling just right infront of a max of 10 feet distance and the high beam is where the low beam should be.

If the adjustment doesnt work out, is there any other way to make them brighter/better? without much modification? (HID is not an option right now)

Thanks!

Would I have to make any modifications anywhere, like any cutting etc., to install HID? and secondly is there any chance of the lens melting or something due to the heat generated by HID's?

HIDs run cooler than halogen. If you want to see how I did it, run a search. i have a ton of post on this website regarding how i did it.
