right turn signal is going CRAZY!
well whenever i turn on my lights or when my lights are turned on the right turn signal doesnt go on, but when i turn off the lights or when the lights are off the right turn signal goes off like a hyper blinker or somehting of that nature, and when it does that and i look at it from the outside the right turn signal and day running light9or whatever light that is) is blinking fast also with the turn signal light. i have cjanged the right turn signal bulb to the oem sylvania turn signal light, but i changed my day running light to some jdm ones that are pretty bright. they came with these other headlight bulbs that came straight from japan. (i got these lights from a friend of mine who painted my headlights and he just gave me these bulbs) iono if its the day running light or the wiring.

good luck... I doubt it is your relay or else both blinkers would be doing it.
man..
that hyper blinking..
believe it or not, but that case happened to my civic when one of the bulb burnt out.
it happened to my left turn light..
i believed that was caused by the fuse, however...when i take a look around, my tail left turn bulb was burnt out.
it was on warranty, so they changed it for free

ok you guys i just changed all the bulbs on the right side and its still doing the same thing! but what i noticed is that(from sitting in the driver side) the right turn signal and the parking light(circle light) are dim(cant tell too much if the headlight is dim) than the left side. so what could be causing this? and when i went to change the right turn signal the whole thing was loose(even when i tighten it in) and it stayed that way even tho i tightened it in. so could that be causing the problem or would it be that one of my fuses is burnt? and still even with the oem lights back on the parking light and the right turn signal still blink together at the same time.
hm...
it might be caused by those stuffs talked in the previous posts...
however, from what i know...that hyperblinking is actually designed inside the system so that it will does that if something wrong with one or more of the bulbs..
i actually saw a "stuff" which u gotta put into the lighting system so that hyperblinking works..
anyway, for the daylight saving....i don't think it's available in american civics...
ah, anyway...lemme tell u my experience about this problem..
the hyperblinking happened just few days after i bought my car....it's a used car..
now, i went to the dealer....asked them to look at my car.....and suddenly, the problem's gone... now, at this time, i didn't look around my car....
ok...several days later, my went to the dealer to get some parts....suddenly, just when i want to go out from the dealer, the hyperblinking happened again...this time, i turned around, sound the horn...and let 'em check my car again...
yet, i still though that the fuse is the problem....however, that guy told me to look at the back of my car.....oh yeah man, the tail left turn bulb was burnt out.
so, that's it...they change the bulb....
now i always look around my car to make sure that all bulbs are working....

what are you talking about daylight savings??? where that come from? and i did not put any hyperblinking stuff into my electrical system.
and from my previous posts i said that i changed all the bulbs on the right side of the car. and its not that cuz it still does it.
and i would like to say again that the parking light and the right turn signal(fomr the drivers point of veiw) blink at the same time so iono if its the relay or the fuse now but ill check tommorrow.

ok you guys i have tried looking at my fuses and my friend just looked at my wiring and nothing seems to be wrong, but i just talked to one of my friends today and he has had a problem like this before and what he said he did was change all the fuses(only like $10 for them, thats what he said) and that fixed his prob, so i might just go try that this weekend.
