I've never seen one. Even the stock sidemarkers on every car is single filament. I have mine wired to come on with parking lights and also function as signals. Just tap one wire to the signals and the other to parking lights.
You will get sidemarker blinking in sequence with front signal when lights are off, and blinking out of sequence when lights are on. They will also stay on with the parking lights. Or you could wire them one way or the other.

I've never seen cars with sidemarkers that come on with parking lights. Some SUVs have parking lights like a sidemarker, but they only stay on.

You could hook up your single filemnt bulbs to a N.C. relay. That way the would come on w/ the running lights and flash off when the signal buld flashes. That would give you an alternating light effect...hey that sounded cool...Im gonna do it

No need for relays. Hook one wire to the parking lights, and the other to the turn signal wire. When one is on, the other will act as a ground. When parking lights AND signal are used, you will get the alternating effect. Very easy. I have it hooked like that now.

Yeah, it works. Instead of hooking one wire to ground and another to either parking OR signal lights, just hook one up to signal AND one up to parking. Whichever one is being used will treat the other wire as a ground. Trust me on this. So let's say the parking lights are on. When the front signal flashes, it will interrupt the ground for the sidemarkers, causing them to turn off. This will make them alternate. Front signal flash = sidemarker off, and vice versa. Try it.
