Question on Neons...
Sorry guys, I'm a n00b. I'm wondering if anyone out there has neons on their car, and their car does *Not* have a body kit. I've heard that they're pointless if you don't have a bodykit. Is this true? Are the bulbs visible?
On another note, if you later get a bodykit (and you already have the neons on) do you have to re-install the neons?
