2008 Civic 2-door (lowbeam replacement) passenger-side
So on youtube it's telling me to turn the steering wheel toward the driver-side, & access the bulb from beneath the wheel-well.
Any easier way to do it? How do you guys do it... anything need to be removed etc.?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

If you can't access the bulb from the engine compartment, then going through the wheelwell is the way.
I'd raise the car on a lift, but I work in a shop so that's available to me.
Remove necessary pushpins, pull the fender liner back until you can reach through and grab the back of the light.
