I too think the integra would win. The 99 civic si only has about 135-140 hp while the integra has about 170 hp.

I hate to sound like an ass, but the Si has 167 HP stock off the lot, with a short ram, it would have about 172-175 of HP. Between these two cars, I would say it would be a close match, the civic may even take the integra, if the integra is plain stock.
