Re: water in trunk?

I've never seen this issue before. Is it coming in under light rain, or is it heavy rain?

Maybe try pouring a glass of water or something into the place you think it is leaking, then you will know for sure where it is coming in from?

Re: water in trunk?

Leaks from rain, or leaks from water on the road coming up?

Depending on design, the taillight housings can leak water.

I'd stuff my ex in the trunk and .....wait a sec....Ignore that....
I'd have someone in the trunk with a flashlight and run water on it with a garden hose and look for where water comes in.

Pull everything out of there and look on the bottom, there is probably a rubber plug you can pop out to drain it.
