How does this sound?

I have an idea of how I'd like to finish my sound system off, just thought I'd post what I think is the final decesion before I start buying to see if everyone likes it or if they have any other suggestions.

Head Unit:
Panasonic CQ-DFX701U

Front Speakers:
MB Quart PSD 216 Component System

Rear Speakers:
Infinity KAPPA 693.3I

Subwoofers:
2 10W3 JL's

Box:
Undecided (Probably Q-Logic)

Amps:
JL 500/1 to power Subs only
JL 300/4 to power fronts and backs

So what do you all think?

sounds good to me, although I do like to go with the same brand for front and rear. just my opinion. I think it will sound really good still. That panasonic HU is really nice, but I don't like the display on it. It has some great features though.

If you do get that Q-Logic box, then you will have to seal the area around where the sub mounts by hand, with silicone or something like that.
