Based on previous threads I'm not sure I will get an answer other than change driving habits but I will give it a shot. I'm consistently getting 15 mpg and there must be a mechanical or computer related issue. You don't drop from a normal 26 mpg average city driving to 15 because of poor driving habits, which I do not have anyway. The car runs fine but the fuel economy is poor, any ideas? I check every tank and normally get about 150 miles on 10 gallons. I've had 6 Hondas and I have never seen anything like this. 1.8L engine.

Check engine light is not on and the car runs good that's why I'm clueless. Same drive and weather. I thought maybe fuel leaking but I never smell gas.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

I like the O2 sensor possible cause, also consider plugs and plug wires if your car has over 100K miles. Bad plug wires can really make a car run bad. Do a code read.
