97 Honda Civic Oil Burn can someone help??

97 Honda Civic Oil Burn can someone help??
I have a 97 Honda civic DX and replaced the valve seals and i still have oil getting into cylinder 4 and a little oil on the spark plug threads. i am wondering if the head gasket is seeping on that side? can someone please help?
