Hi have a 2003 civic i took out the factory radio and installed a clarion it did not work, put back the old radio that did not work again ,upon checking i was not getting constant 12 v ,now when i start the car i notice my gauges start flickering and stop after a few sec ,also when i lock or unlock my car with the key the dome light normally come on now it ,i check all the fuses under dash and under hood all good can some one help please.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Disconnect radio and recheck.
If you wired up the 'illumination' wires, disconnect them. Most aftermarket radios can't use those and will burn out the circuit board on the back of the gauge cluster.
