If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: engine issue
What testing have you done so far?
CEL on?
Is the PCM for a D17A2 engine?
Does it have P1259 VTEC code?
Backpressure test?

Re: engine issue
The system relies on proper oil pressure to operate.
Step #1 in diagnosing code P1259 is to inspect oil level.
How low is your oil level?
