What is the name of this part?

I have no idea what this is called mine is all cracked up and i want to replace it.

I would plastidip it rather then replace.

Thanks Ive been trying to find this for about a week! As far as the plastidip goes, should I remove those parts and spray directly on to the chrome?

No need to remove them, you can just peel away any over spray. There are YouTube videos on it. Yes you can spray directly onto the chrome.
