Clutch disengaging on 03'

My clutch seems to be disengaging when im climbing hills. Is this a common hydraulic issue? My clutch has been replaced already. It doesnt feel like slippage and it seems to get worse as the car gets warmed up. Help please!

Sounds like slippage to me.
Get a professional to drive it and give an opinion?
