Just bought my first Honda - 2009 Civic LX

So I just bought my first Civic, a 2009 LX Coupe. I drive about 90 miles a day so turned in my truck and went for the civic to save some money. It is an automatic, not my ideal choice but neither is an LX... Was limited on what i could get due to owing a lot on my truck still.

anyhow, being new to civic i wanted to get on here and say hi, share a few photos, future plans, etc.

I'd like to first find a quality tint person in the SD area and get it tinted. After that I think i want to get some wheels and better tires since the ones that come w/ it are hubcaps. im thinking something black/gun metal. not a clue as to what tires to get. need something i can put a lot of highway miles on yet still good when i go snowboarding or on camping trips.

Questions:

I have a warranty with it for 100,000 and considering it is an automatic, would putting on an aftermarket exhaust/cold air be pointless since its an auto and would it void my warranty? i dont want to go crazy with this car, got it more for a daily driver but wouldnt mind having some more pepp.

thank you!

As long as its legal for CA smog your warranty shouldnt be affected. Not a guarantee tho, dealerships love to reject warranty claims if they can

Intake might be worth getting. They make a few CA legal ones. Exhaust i would pass on personally, but its all about your preference. For me, exhaust on an auto 4-banger's a no-no
