15" Rims on 16" Stock

Hi,
I have a question. I'm not a car savvy person so I apologize if this question sounds stupid.
I have a 2006 Honda Civic LX with 16" P205/55R16 89H Alloy wheels. I am looking to buy winter tires and rims.
I am wondering if I can install P205/65R-15 94T (Hankook Winter iPike W409) with 15" winter rims on my Civic?
Also, just want to be sure, will these 15X6 5-114.3 45B rims fit my 2006 Civic?
Thanks in advance!

If the lug pattern is the same you can use them no problem.
But if you want to check for the future check out the tire calculator.

You can thank Alpha 5 for that^^

Judging by the tire calculator you would would be better of with 205/60 15's
it will keep the speedometer closer to stock specs.
