my d17 motor was replaced but I'm not 100% sure it was replaced with the exact same motor that originally came in the vehicle. it doesn't seem to sit exactly the same. i got the motor used and the invoice i have from the junkyard claims it is an 05 motor. is that even possible?
I need to know how to verify d17a2, d17a6, etc. Is it located on the motor itself and where can i verify the engine code? it is an 01 ex coupe
