Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
I bought this car from a friend of mine who bought it from a random guy. In an attempt to fix the car he never did. It was passed on to me and I just want to fix the horrible job the orig owner did and maybe turn it into a respectable JDM. This is my first civic and im completely lost in what to do.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
D16z6 Motor SOHC VTEC (does not work properly)
HKS short ram intake (does not fit correctly)
DC Headers
APEXi exhaust

Suspension Modifications:
*Unknown it has been lowered but they could have just cut the springs.

Wheels/Tires Modifications:
RS wheels (never heard of them)
Nitto Tires

Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Auto Meter guages
