I have a 2018 civic hatchback lx (Canada), and I recently saw a youtube (Honda Pro Jason) showing his Type R in yellow. During this video he introduces a new spoiler which is located at the hinge point of the hatchback. I contacted Jason and he pointed me to a Honda Dealership in the US, and they have confirmed this part. However, I want to know if it is available in Canada either through a dealership here, or after market. Has anyone else seen or know about this spoiler?

If so, look at it in person first. I thought it looked kinda cool when I first saw pics of it online. Then I saw it in person. It kills the body lines of the Civic hatch and I think it looks like dookie. Just my personal opinion. I'm actually thinking about getting rid of the top spoiler on my civic hatch and swapping in the FK8 upper spoiler.

Now you have me thinking? I would like to (at some point) put the type r spoiler on the back as well.

Yeah, exactly what I'm thinking. My '18 sport hatch is polished metal metallic, which the FK8 comes in. I can order them from Honda (relatively inexpensive, though they used to be much cheaper, but they'll come color matched already) or go aftermarket and call it a day.
