If it's the OEM spoiler, leave it on there. Those look really nice IMO.

I can't stand having a car w/o a spoiler. I do think the coupe spoiler is just a little too high though. I wish my sedan spoiler was just a tad lower too.

I have been debating the same thing. Mine came without the spoiler and it kinda bugs me when I look at her. Like she is naked or something....I figure I can either get used to it or get a spoiler put on. I'm still trying to decide which though.

No spoiler really look clean! And one more thing OEM spoiler of our car much like the OEM spoiler of a Mitsubishi Mirage Coupe. That's why Im not into that

I am in the same boat as the rest of you. I have a coupe without one and I see some going around with one on and cant help but feel naked with out one. But I want to be different and make my car stand out and I am trying to find a spoiler that doesnt look too big but still sets it apart. I am not sure what to do. Dangit, I wish I had a digital camera so I could get the latest pics of my ride up here. I was on the spoiler kick too for quite a while. I thought, "I've got to have a spoiler." Then I did a few different things to my car. I put the clear tails on, put my 17" Konig Sub Zero's on, and dropped the car about 2 1/2".....The car looks so clean and so sleek sitting low with no spoiler on it, there's no way I'll put one on now. Even all my friends have said the same thing, DON'T put a spoiler on there!! So anyway, I don't feel nekkid without one, it feels unique. The car looks like an old fast-back the way it is now, and I just love it. Depending on what plans you have for your car, you may want one. I feel that if I added one now, it will make the car seem taller than it is...It won't look quite as low as it does now.

a slammed civic with 17's and a subtle kit without a spoiler looks soooooo clean IMO.

No spoiler on coupes... not the OEM... not the Integra Type R one either. The only spoiler I approve of is the Kaminari wing.

I remember I recently saw a 6th gen Civic with a GS-R spoiler on it... I dunno what to say about that one.

To me a car like ours without a spoiler just makes it look like it's missing something. It does flow and maybe look a little smoother without it. Although, it looks pimper and sportier with it. Some people just don't like em. I have a friend that drives a 01 accord exv6 coupe and doesn't have nor want the spoiler. I don't understand. It's like I didn't have enough money for the spoiler or something.

I bought my car w/o one because I liked it better that way. Then everytime I'd see another civic w/ the oem wing I couldn't help but feel jealous...So I just bought one 2 weeks ago. Just call me a conformist.

i bought mine without a spoiler and had the oem put on a few months later. i think it looks fine without one, but i like my car better with it...it looks more complete, sets it apart from the annoyingly huge population of 7th gen civics that are owned by middle-aged people. and the oem is completely clean, i would not do anything ricey to my car ever ever ever

I find our coupe's back end is waaaaay too high for a spoiler. The spoiler looks out of place and doesn't seem to flow with the rest of the car. I thought I wanted a spoiler too at the beginning, until I saw some coupes with a spoiler. I decided against getting one after that.

Looking at our coupes from the back gives me the impression that it's been artificially pumped up. A spoiler will really increase this "pumped" up look, which I don't find that attractive.

I find the spoiler goes much better on the sedan, since it seems to have a lower back end.

I like the look of a spoiler but nothing to crazy, thats why I went with the WW Mini-Me. The oem was a little tall for me!

I don't know about getting the OEM spoiler because pretty much every 7th gen civics out there that do have a spoiler has the OEM style spoiler. I want my car to reflect my personality and I want to stand out. Right now I don't have one but will be getting one put on very soon. I'd go for the Kombat spoiler or one of those aluminum spoilers. I've never seen one on a coupe yet (at least down here in TO) so I think aluminum for me is the way to go. About the rice-image, when I'm done with my car...it WILL be fast and I want the car to look fast even when it's parked. Jutst my .02 cents

My answer to you : TAKE IT OFF !!!

Civics with spoilers are like geeks with leather jackets just to look cool, it's like they're trying too hard to look cool. I said "HELL NO!" to the dealership when they asked me if i wanted one for an extra thousand bucks, then I laughed in their faces
Looks more classy without one.

The only bad thing about taking it off, is that you'll have to bondo the holes and paint them.

I guess I got lucky cause my car came with the spoiler, even if it didn't, I would still love my car. I like the way it looks, especially on the darker cars.
