Electrical Issue help

I have a 03 civic and my headlights dim and my needles on my dash drop all of them , then it'll sometimes come back up I had alternator replaced and battery and I didn't have the issue for a couple days and now I'm having the same problem and also my car idles in between 2 rpm to 1 rpm and it'll slowly go down. I don't know if I got a faulty Alt or something but can someone pls shed some light on the situation. Also now when I try to start the car it clicks fast and then it sounds like it's trying to turn over and doesn't .

Someone forgot to tighten ALL of the alternator mounting bolts? Check those ASAP

New alternator is junk?? Pretty common.
