2012 LX airbox

Can someone explain how to take out stock LX airbox? I’m trying to install a short ram Intake but can’t get stock one off!!
I was told to lift up, then pull... but that’s not working.

Re: 2012 LX airbox

After you get the bolts out....there is a rubber ring that fit over a stud in the rear that make it damn tough to 'just pull out' the box. It takes effort but will come out though.

You just about have to put your eyes on it then get a prybar under it.
