Can anybody intall a set of tokico blues, eibach sportline, spc camber kit on a civic 02? how much would you charge?

Re: Suspension

why dont you try going to your local mechanic... they shouldn't charge no more than 100$ for labor

mankee 02-22-2008 08:44 PM

Re: Suspension

Re: Suspension

I refuse to believe someone can be incapable of installing a suspension. Just do it yourself.

Re: Suspension

i know plenty of shops that will do it for 100... pm me if you would like to know

Please don't do that. Just because you make up words when you talk, doesn't mean they translate to literature.

Yes, all stuff you should eventually buy anyway. In a few months you'll be asking about something else which would require the same tools.

Negative. Anyone who comes on this board comes here without knowledge. They hang around for a while, gain the knowledge and know what they know today. You're in the not knowing stage and step 2 is to take a simple look through the D.I.Y. and get a basic understanding of how it works. It's very easy, I'll even post a link if I find it. Plus you can message me any questions you have along the way.

Negative. See above.

EDIT - Here you are sir. This isn't going to be a 2 hour study session, just have a quick look and realize it'll all make complete sense once you get your wheel off and see for yourself.

EDIT2 - haha, I just realized you have more posts than me! After rereading your post, I assume you were referring to other people and not yourself to which a lot of the pronouns in my post need to be changed.

If you can find someone who can do it for $100 - $150 it might be worth it vs. doing it yourself.

The first time I installed my suspension setup it took me 5 hours with the help of the DIY guide. Prior to that the only skill I had was changing the oil in my car

hahah affirmative. i myself have tore down my car completely from suspension to exhaust, retrofit, lambo doors to engine and what not...its just that you cant expect a memeber who has trouble installing a simple SRI to do something like suspension. im not saying it cant be done, but it's a significant step up.

i have been called plenty of times to friends/coworker's house to finish jobs that they were not capable of finishing like suspension or vertical door install.
(i spoke from sheer experience)

p.s. i am sorry if my language is not comprehensive, for the language i use online is more an "online casual language" which constrains a plethora of words that are abbreviation, acronyms and representations of other words.

example:
iono = i dont know
dood = dude

i am not directing anything towards you so please dont take offense to any of it :_beer::_beer::tup::_beer::_beer:
